Brittany Vaders, Scheduling Coordinator
Brittany is our Scheduling Coordinator. She has over 5 years experience in the dental field and enjoys forming relationships with patients. Brittany got into dentistry because she loves watching how confident a patient feels after receiving great dental care. "I really enjoy seeing patients leave happy with their new smiles."
Outside the office Brittany enjoys reading, writing and anything to do with the outdoors.

Heidi Peters, RDH
Heidi has been a hygienist since July 1986. She graduated from Carroll College, in Helena, Montana. Heidi pursued her passion for oral care after spending many hours in a dental chair, as a child. Heidi’s focus is on family dental care and she enjoys helping parents make wise choices for the future of their children’s smiles.
Heidi keeps current of the latest technology and information by attending continuing education courses and by subscribing to many professional journals. Heidi joined the All Smiles Dental team because she believes in Dr. Michelle Steinhubel’s belief that a healthy smile benefits your total health.

Tamara Thostenson, RDA
Tamara has been a dental assistant since 1986. She graduated from Bellingham Technical College in Bellingham, WA. Tamara has continued her training and education by attending and completing course work with emphasis in cosmetic dentistry. She has specialized training in anterior cosmetics (front teeth) and also in Invisalign (clear tray braces).
Tamara believes that a healthy and beautiful smile is part of overall health, she enjoys working with people and making their visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Tamara joined the team at All Smiles Dental to share in the creation of beautiful smiles and great experiences.

Rebecca Jacoby, Dental Assistant
Rebecca has now completed her first year in dentistry and now wants to pursue becoming a hygienist. "I have always enjoyed going to the dentist and want other people to have a positive environment in which to learn about their oral health. It's important to me that our patients feel comfortable with us and know they can be open and honest so we can focus on their needs and goals. "
Rebecca has started her hygiene prerequisites at Everett Community College and looks forward to applying to hygiene school in the next few years. Outside of work she enjoys snowboarding in the winter and camping and hiking in the summer.

Sarah Simpson, Treatment Coordinator
Sarah is our Treatment Coordinator. She supports our patients by helping to map out a plan to reach their dental health goals. Sarah entered into dentistry on a whim and found it very interesting learning how important dental health is in one’s overall health. She now has over 9 years experience. “Whether one takes big steps or small steps, are fearful, or like the dentist… I enjoy helping people to take those important steps towards health and confidence.”
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, taking road trips, and going to Silvertips and Mariners games.
